Stadswinkel

Tilburg - NL

Stadswinkel Tilburg (NL) is the central meeting place where municipality, residents, entrepreneurs and partners collaborate. This open, accessible environment houses both public functions and the workplaces of the executive board, the municipal council and a large part of the civil service organisation. The interior is characterised by timeless modernity with pure materials and refined detailing, complemented by warmth and character through colour and texture.

Casala designed a bespoke interior for Common Affairs, collaborating with the architect on layouts, dimensions and colours. Custom Gabo Modular sofas and armchairs create flexible seating in dynamic meeting zones, perfectly fitting each space. The ground floor, with public hall, café and conference centre, is open to all, while upper floors feature cosy, colourful atrium meeting spots encouraging informal interaction. Surrounding these are versatile work and meeting areas tailored to different activities and team dynamics.

Work & meet

The Metro tables offer functionality for consultation and meetings in the enclosed conference rooms. The solid design and refined finish align with the high-quality material use in Stadswinkel Tilburg.

Through thoughtful design, durable materials, and partnership, Casala helped create a future-proof environment where architecture, people, and sustainability unite in harmony.

Informal meeting spaces

For the creative zones, Corals Meeting was chosen in various colour schemes: an acoustically pleasant, semi-open place for collaboration. The result is an environment in which staff can work, consult, and meet comfortably.
