The Catholic University of Lille is a private non-profit organisation. Since the completion of the university chapel, it has been the spiritual and symbolic heart of the campus. A large-scale restoration project has preserved the historical value of the chapel while adapting it to contemporary needs. It functions as a multifunctional space for worship, cultural events, and educational activities. Casala developed a custom-made Curvy chair that meets all requirements during all activities.

Flexibility & harmony
Six hundred chairs were produced with wooden seats and backrests, featuring a laser-engraved university logo on the outside of the backrest. This exclusively manufactured Curvy chair is both linkable and stackable, offering maximum flexibility. Sound-absorbing stacking bumpers reduce noise when setting up the chairs. This helps to maintain the peaceful atmosphere in this historic setting.
