The role Export Area Manager Europa
To support our continued international expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Export Area Manager Europe. In this position, you identify and develop commercial opportunities across the European market and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our export sales network. You maintain strong relationships with architects and dealers and are involved in a wide range of interior projects, from office environments and educational and healthcare institutions to churches and major event venues.
Key tasks and responsibilities
– Developing and executing the international sales and growth strategy in both existing and new export markets;
– Increasing turnover by strengthening the dealer network, building relationships with architects and appointing local partners or representatives;
– Identifying trends, opportunities and market developments and translating these into commercial actions;
– Visiting international clients, projects and trade fairs to promote Casala’s products and solutions;
– Reporting on commercial results and market insights;
– Contributing to the positioning of Casala as a premium brand within the contract furniture industry.
Your required skills and qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline;
– Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a comparable international sales role;
– Strong communication, commercial and interpersonal skills;
– Excellent verbal and written command of English and German (essential);
– Experience in contract furniture and/or interior and a relevant network, is an advantage.
