Casala is looking for an ambitious Export Area Manager Europe who is ready for an international challenge. In this role, you will travel approximately 35–40% of your time within Europe and actively build long-term relationships with dealers and architects. You will strengthen our position in the European market and enjoy a high level of independence, with plenty of scope to create commercial opportunities within distinctive interior projects.

The role Export Area Manager Europa
For our international growth, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Export Area Manager Europe. You will develop commercial opportunities within the European market and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our export sales network. You maintain strong relationships with architects and dealers and are involved in a wide range of interior projects, from office environments and educational and healthcare institutions to churches and large event venues.
What are your tasks and responsibilities?
– Achieving revenue growth by strengthening and expanding the dealer network within Europe;
– Building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers and local representatives;
– Identifying and providing input on commercial results and market insights, and reporting to the Export Manager;
– Visiting international clients, projects and trade fairs;
– Actively contributing to positioning Casala as a premium contract furniture brand.
What do we ask of you?
– A completed bachelor’s degree in a commercial field and 3–5 years of experience in an international sales role;
– Strong communication, commercial and interpersonal skills;
– Excellent command of English and German;
– Proactive, energetic, flexible, results-oriented, independent and a team player;
– Living within a maximum travel distance of 1 hour from Culemborg;
– Experience in contract interiors or contract furniture and a relevant network are an advantage.
