Previously, during breaks of conferences and meetings, there were few opportunities to make separate calls, emails or consultations. By placing various Capsule one and two-seaters in the central spaces, this is easily made possible. Many people respond enthusiastically to the innovative Capsules and regularly take a seat.
The meeting and conference rooms are fully furnished to suit customer needs, and the layout is changed frequently. This required sturdy, lightweight, and easily stackable tables. The chairs also needed to link quickly and comply with the NEN-EN 14703 certification. In addition, all meeting furniture had to convey elegance and comfort.
The conference centre chose Lynx I chairs for their slim frame and high sitting comfort. Lacrosse tables were selected because they fold easily and allow fast reconfiguration in various sizes. Matching transport and hand trucks make it possible for one person to quickly stack and move large numbers of tables and chairs.
