Sales Support/Customer Service

Location: Clerkenwell

Job Type: Permanent/Part-time  20-25 hours per week

Job Summary

Casala Ltd is looking for a part-time sales support colleague to help manage our business for central London. Based in our relaxed Clerkenwell Showroom, your goal is to support colleagues by providing customers with quotations, placing orders upon the factory, updating customer information and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to both furniture dealers and the A&D Community.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Ideal candidate would have experience of the commercial interiors market
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to use ordering/CRM system – Navision
  • Be efficient and organized with ability to multitask
  • A team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
